This is an HR Manager role with a manufacturing team, leading recruiting and employee relations from the ground up. You'd manage HR Administrators and Generalists, keep the company compliant with employment law and policy, and be the person leadership and employees both come to when something needs handling.

Day to day: recruiting and onboarding, employee counseling, training oversight, policy development, and acting as the trusted resource across the plant. This is a mid-senior seat — ideal for someone with 6+ years of HR experience who's ready to lead rather than just execute.
